Frank Lloyd, Jr, MD, is the founder and President of Cascade Metrix. He is leading the clinical operations of Cascade, in addition to helping raise private investments. He has led clinical research and development through his association with industry and academia for more than 20 years. He also holds appointments as a Clinical Associate Professor in Surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine, President of the Center of Surgical Sciences and Trauma, and Medical Director of Methodist Research Institute.

Kislaya Kunjan is the Co-founder, CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Cascade. He is the lead inventor of the product technology and is managing the company's product and business development aspects in collaboration with its partners and strategic investors alike. He holds an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue and an MBA from Cornell University. While at Purdue, he designed and developed a novel infrared glucose sensing system under the mentorship of Prof. Jay Gore. His prior professional experience spans technical sales with Saint-Gobain, medical device development with Vista Biosciences and most recently a product management role with J&J/LifeScan.

Rattan Juneja, MD: Dr. Juneja is the Medical Director, IU Diabetes Center and Chief of Endocrinology, Wishard Memorial Hospital, IN. Dr. Juneja and co-workers have developed an innovative intravenous insulin infusion protocol ("Glucostabilizer") to treat inpatient hyperglycemia. He is also a founding member of Diabetes Innovations, LLC.

Arthur Usmani, PhD: Dr. Usmani has more than 36 years experience in chemical and life sciences, research and engineering. He is President and Chief Scientific Officer of Altec, IN. He has held various senior positions in industries including one at Roche Diagnostics as a Senior Advisor - Corporate Research, where he was highly successful in linking polymer chemistry with biochemistry in development of diagnostics and biosensors. He has authored 25 US patents.

Steve Ash, MD: Dr. Ash is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of Research and Development at HemoCleanse and Ash Access Technologies, IN. He is an author of over thirty U.S. patents, over one hundred publications and 15 text book chapters in the areas of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, vascular access devices, extracorporeal medical devices, computerized medical charting, and sorbent chemicals.
